About the Role
- We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Sales Representative to expand the Horticultural Division.
- The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining and improving customer relationships, managing sales performance, ensuring distributor success, and monitoring pricing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Representative, you will:
- Build and nurture healthy relationships with customers to uphold the company’s reputation and resolve commercial disputes.
- Identifying new market opportunities for vegetable seeds and horticultural input sales.
- Drive and monitor Horticultural input sales achieving monthly targets.
- Organising and conducting varietal trials on various vegetables throughout the North-West & North-East States.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase company’s market share.
- Manage the performance of distributors, ensuring their sales meet the company objectives.
- Preparing reports and presentations on sales data and market trends analysis.
Qualifications & Skills
- B.Sc or HND in Agricultural Extension, Crop Production, Horticulture, Botany, or similar related education is compulsory.
- 5-10 years’ experience in the Horticultural Industry.
- A person of integrity, loyal and hard working
- Preferred candidate MUST be based in the North West.
- Driving license with verifiable inter-state driving experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
- A deep understanding of market dynamics and business operations in the horticulture value chain.
