Job Title: E-commerce Social Media Manager/Customer Service Officer

About the Role
- We are looking for a versatile and proactive Social Media & Customer Service Executive to join our growing team.
- This individual will be responsible for managing our e-commerce social media pages, creating engaging content, and ensuring excellent communication with customers from the moment they place an order to the successful delivery of their packages.
Responsibilities
Social Media Management:
- Create, schedule, and post content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, DMs, and stay on top of trending topics.
- Develop and implement simple, consistent content strategies that drive engagement and sales.
- Monitor social media analytics and report insights.
Customer Service & Order Follow-Up:
- Call customers to confirm orders and delivery details.
- Track delivery status and ensure timely package fulfillment.
- Handle customer complaints, feedback, and inquiries with professionalism.
- Maintain customer follow-up logs using Google Sheets or Excel.
Reporting & Support:
- Use Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint to report on customer interactions and weekly social media performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely order resolution.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications in a related field.
- Prior experience managing social media for an e-commerce or consumer-facing brand is a plus.
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Must be social media savvy and able to follow trends quickly.
- Proficient in tools like Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask and manage both creative and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Friendly, patient, and professional phone manner.
- Must own a laptop for efficient remote work.
Salary
- N70,000 / Month.
