1). Head, Transport & Logistics

Job Description
Process:
- To monitor and evaluate the performance of protocol team and schedule of programmes
- To liaise with Head, Physical Security to provide adequate cover to Management, staff and guest of Ecobank on official assignment
- To provide hitch free travel support to Management, staff and guest of Ecobank, Ticketing and reservation
- To provide hospitality for Ecobank guests and staff such as decent Hotel accommodation in line with Ecobank Travel Guidelines
- To provide support and processes for visas/entry permit to Ecobank staff and guests.
- To provide prompt and efficient support in securing travel document such as travel passport / immigration
- To ensure repair/routine maintenance of the bank’s fleet.
- Coordinate processing of insurance claim on accident vehicle & renewal of insurance policy.
- Allocation and re-allocation of vehicles to branches and departments.
- Renewal of vehicle licenses, hackney permit, road worthiness etc.
- To ensure smooth running of the Fleet Management system
- Development, Management and Administration of transport and logistics programs and systems in the Ecobank Nigeria
- Management of Protocol Officers and Transport Officers in Ecobank Nigeria
- Provision of professional guidelines and make input into the administration and acquisition of vehicles and motorbikes, security equipment, ticketing and hotel reservation.

2). Head, Procurement and Vendor Management

Job Purpose
- Responsible for planning and leading of strategic sourcing projects; building and leading cross-functional teams for strategic sourcing project execution.
- Effective vendor assessment prior to engagement
- Responsible for promoting and driving the use of e-Procurement tool- the Ariba System.
- To develop spend demand forecast for the Bank.
- Ensure standardization of commodities across the bank.
- Engage vendors to ensure best value for price and co-create cost savings opportunities for Ecobank.
- Ensure all budgeted items are not exceeded.
- Ensure year on year reduction on expenses managed by the unit.
- Run contract re-negotiation program with the objective of reducing costs.
- Meet Top Spend vendors and draw an action plan for a strong partner

Key Responsibilities
- Perform all procurement and contracting activities for Services spend transactions – tender management, negotiation etc.
- Collaborating with vendors for work tools not on Ariba catalogue
- Ensure timely delivery of all specialized project requests.
- Identify cost reduction opportunities/ devise and employ fruitful sourcing strategies to maintain security of supply and ensure direct savings and cost avoidance
- Supplier evaluation to ensure compliance to company standards
- Data Management/ Reporting –maintain and review all records of services secured including costs, deliveries, and inventories.
- Implement the units’ strategy and ensure compliance with policy and service delivery targets
- Develop and maintain key relationships across functional collaborations with internal customers and suppliers
- Conduct/attend business review sessions with key stakeholders.
- Sourcing of quotes and negotiations with vendors for non-catalogue requests
- Follows up with PVM Team on regularization of Audit/ICG exceptions.
Requirements
Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum of a BSc
- Minimum of 5 years’ cognate banking experience
- Procurement Certification will be an advantage… CIPS

3). Regional EBS Representative
Job Identification: 630

Job Purpose
- This role encompasses a broad spectrum of responsibilities, from overseeing fleet operations, protocol, mail administration and premises maintenance to client engagement and statutory bills management.
- The Regional Facilities Officer plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless and efficient EBS operations across various facets of Ecobank’s facilities and services at the Region.
Job Context
- Safety and Environmental Care of the Bank’s Facilities within the region
- Hard facilities: Repair and Maintenance (A.Cs, CCTV, Vault Doors, MDDs, Work Tools, Fire Extinguishers, Motor Vehicles, Generators etc.) Plumbing fixtures, Electrical installations, Furniture, etc. within the region
- Soft facilities management like cleaning, parking and traffic control, waste management, Statutory bills
- Fleet & Protocol Management
- Power management
- Space management
- Vendors SLA administration/Compliance
- Non-Core Asset oversight
Key Responsibilities
Fleet Management:
- Manage Ecobank’s fleet of vehicles, including maintenance and deployment within the region.
- Implement processes and procedures for vehicle usage, maintenance, and safety
Protocol and Drivers Management:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of drivers, ensuring adherence to Ecobank’s protocols and safety standards.
- See to the protocol for Directors/Staff to the region on official visits.
Premises Maintenance:
- Direct and manage maintenance activities for all Ecobank’s premises within the designated region.
- Ensure that facilities are in optimal condition, including HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and general upkeep.
Client Engagement:
- Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback related to EBS operations.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
Projects Monitoring:
- Ensure that facility-related projects are planned, executed, and completed in accordance with company objectives and standards by providing oversight throughout the process.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality assurance.
Assets Disposal and Management
- Work with the Head Office in line with policies and procedures, on management and disposal of fixed and non-core, unused and obsolete assets within the region.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of the Bank’s assets and track their condition and usage.
Mailing System and Delivery
- Ensure the prompt and efficient delivery of correspondence and packages by overseeing the mailing system and courier services.
- Implement cost-effective mailing solutions.
Regulatory Engagements
- Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements related to facilities operations, fleet management, and safety.
- Engage with regulatory bodies and ensure full adherence to all applicable laws and standards.
Requirements
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Business/General Administration, or a related field (master’s degree is a plus).
- Proven experience in facilities management, fleet management, and related areas (in a regional capacity will be added advantage).
