We engage in general cleaning of corporate offices, resident homes, hotels, shopping malls, industrial complexes, school complexes as well as the post construction sites just to mention a few.

Job Title: Account Assistant

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions accurately in the accounting software.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
• Process invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Assist with payroll preparation and staff reimbursements.
• Maintain and update financial spreadsheets and databases.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payment and collection.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
• File and manage financial documents and records securely.
• Help prepare tax returns and other statutory financial documents.
• Provide general administrative support to the finance department.

Requirements

• OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–2 years experience in a similar accounting role.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage).
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
