Job Title: Accountant
Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Job Summary
- We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant familiar with ERP Systems and Accounting software
- We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and provide strategic financial insights in a manufacturing setting.
- This role requires expertise in financial management, accounting software, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Record and reconcile financial transactions, including cash and credit sales, assets, and liabilities.
- Maintain and update general ledger accounts accurately.
- Ensure proper treatment of VAT, WHT, rent, and other statutory deductions in compliance with regulations.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports.
- Oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring timely and accurate recordkeeping.
- Utilize accounting software/ERP systems for efficient financial management.
- Support financial audits and uphold internal controls and regulatory compliance.
- Provide actionable financial insights and recommendations to drive business strategies.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Accounting.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing company.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
- ICAN membership (student or qualified).
- Excellent analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
- Smart, proactive, and willing to relocate to Ibadan.
Salary
N300,000 – N350,000 Monthly.
