Job Title: Accountant

Job Description

• Responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance, and providing accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports.
• Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Process accounts payable and receivable.
• Manage payroll and employee benefits.
• Assist with budget preparation and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to management.
• Assist with audits and internal controls.

Requirements
Education and Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience:1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance (preferred).
• Experience with tax preparation and financial audits (preferred).

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel).
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to handle confidential financial information.
• Strong time-management skills and ability to work independently.
• Flexibility to work extra hours during busy periods (e.g., tax season).

Salary

• N100,000 – N130,000 monthly.
