Job Title: Accounts Assistant – Golden Pasta – FZE
Location: Iganmu, Lagos

Purpose of the Job
- To assist the Assistant Accountant by ensuring accuracy of Suppliers Invoices and their prompt settlement.
- Accuracy of related companies’ transactions and account balances for the purpose of reporting the true and fair position of the company’s financials.
The Job
- Monitor timely and accurate posting of all GRVs (raw, packaging & Spares) to ensure adequate inventory balance
- Processing of ad-hoc staff payment (i.e. erectors, visiting technicians etc.)-weekly.
- Preparation of Provisions for Accrued Expenses for the month
- Processing Staff I.O.U. retirement
- Processing of all suppliers and services providers’ invoices, and follow up with payables Apapa on prompt payment to supplier
- Participate in periodic and year-end stock count exercise and preparation of variance report.
- Updating of Capital expenditure to aid management decisions.
- Reconciliation of bank account
- Monthly preparation OPEX CAPEX & Maintenance report.
Qualifications
- 5 O’ level credits including Mathematics & English in not more than 2 sittings.
- OND in Accountancy or its equivalent or related discipline.
Experience:
- 2 Years minimum experience in a similar role.
The Person Must:
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Have Problem-solving skills to deal with parts inventory issues.
- Have analytical skills to help manage the inventory, pricing and estimates.
- Have great organizational and time management abilities.
