The Government of Imo State, also known as the Imo State Government, is composed of elected representatives and appointed officials who are entrusted with the responsibility of governing Imo State, Nigeria. Imo State is home to a population of over 4 to 5 million people and is one of the 36 states that comprise the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The government’s primary objective is to ensure effective governance, provide essential public services, and promote the overall well-being of the residents of Imo State.
