About the Role
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Account Clerk to join our team at the Vitafoam Aba Factory.
- The successful candidate will provide vital support to the finance department in handling daily accounting and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Record and reconcile financial transactions accurately
- Assist in the preparation of reports, invoices, and payment schedules
- Maintain proper filing of receipts, vouchers, and other documents
- Support inventory and petty cash management
- Handle bank deposit processes and other assigned finance duties
Requirements
- Educational Qualification: OND in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline (Strictly OND)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well with minimal supervision
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Aba, Abia State.
