Job Summary
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin/HR Officer to oversee administrative functions and manage the human resource needs of the organization.
- The ideal candidate will ensure efficient office operations while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies and logistics.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
- Implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
- Handle payroll, leave administration, and performance appraisals.
- Support management with reports, memos, and other administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Study in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or HR role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Salary
- N45,000 – N50,000 Monthly.
