Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Manager to oversee the administrative and operational functions of our loan processing unit.
- The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing day-to-day office tasks, supporting loan documentation, and ensuring smooth coordination between teams and clients.
- A sound knowledge of cars and the ability to drive are compulsory requirements for this role. Strong computer literacy is also essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise all administrative functions within the company
- Manage client documentation related to car-backed loan applications
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in vehicle verification and inspection processes
- Maintain an up-to-date record of loan files and vehicle information
- Monitor vehicle status (condition, location, documents, etc.) for loans under management
- Drive company vehicles as needed for official duties (e.g., inspections, recoveries)
- Handle logistics, office supplies, and vendor coordination
- Support the recovery and repossession process when necessary
- Prepare reports, manage databases, and ensure effective use of internal tools and software
- Work closely with the operations and loan processing teams to ensure service efficiency
Requirements and Qualifications
- B.Sc or HND in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum of 2 – 3 years of experience in administration or operations
- Sound knowledge of vehicles and car conditions is a MUST
- Must know how to drive and possess a valid driver’s license
- Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Google Workspace, etc.)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the lending, fintech, or automotive sector is an added advantage.
Salary
- N120,000 Monthly (Negotiable based on experience)
