Job Title: Admin Manager (Expatriate/Immigration Support)

Location: Ijora, Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a proactive Admin Manager to oversee expatriate support services, including immigration management, relocation assistance, and general administrative coordination.
  • This role is essential in ensuring a seamless onboarding and settlement process for expatriates while fostering a positive community experience.

Key Responsibilities
Immigration & Visa Support:

  • Handle work permits, visa applications, renewals, and compliance.
  • Liaise with immigration officials to ensure smooth arrival/departure processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date immigration records and documentation.

Relocation & Settlement:

  • Arrange suitable accommodation and negotiate lease agreements.
  • Coordinate local service setups (utilities, internet, etc.).
  • Guide new expatriates on budgeting and cost of living.

Administrative Coordination:

  • Maintain accurate records of expatriates.
  • Assist with opening bank accounts, mobile registration, and documentation.
  • Support day-to-day admin needs for foreign staff.

Community Engagement & Wellbeing:

  • Organize social and integration events for expatriates and families.
  • Act as a liaison for emergency / crisis response involving expatriates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
  • 3 – 5 years’ experience in expatriate support, relocation, or HR admin.
  • Strong knowledge of immigration and expatriate policies.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and multicultural sensitivity skills.
