Job Title: Admin Officer

Location: CBD, Abuja (FCT)

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee general administrative functions within the office.
  • Receive and respond to official correspondence and emails.
  • Attend to customer inquiries and requests in a professional manner.
  • Maintain office records and documentation.
  • Report directly to top management on administrative matters.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office logistics.

Requirements

  • OND / HND / BSc in Business Administration or related field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant administrative experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
