Job Title: Admin Officer
Location: CBD, Abuja (FCT)
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee general administrative functions within the office.
- Receive and respond to official correspondence and emails.
- Attend to customer inquiries and requests in a professional manner.
- Maintain office records and documentation.
- Report directly to top management on administrative matters.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office logistics.
Requirements
- OND / HND / BSc in Business Administration or related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant administrative experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
