Job Title: Admin Officer
Location: Oke-Ilewo – Abeokuta, Ogun
Job Summary
- Responsible for managing office operations, supporting staff, and ensuring smooth workflow by handling administrative and clerical tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain an organized and efficient office environment.
- Oversee office supplies inventory and restock as needed.
- Ensure office equipment and facilities are in good working condition.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents.
- Maintain and update filing systems (physical and electronic).
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and staff training.
- Maintain employee records and handle leave management.
Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative or office management roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Salary
- N50,000 – N80,000/month.
