Job Title: Admin Officer

Location: Oke-Ilewo – Abeokuta, Ogun

Job Summary

  • Responsible for managing office operations, supporting staff, and ensuring smooth workflow by handling administrative and clerical tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain an organized and efficient office environment.
  • Oversee office supplies inventory and restock as needed.
  • Ensure office equipment and facilities are in good working condition.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents.
  • Maintain and update filing systems (physical and electronic).
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and staff training.
  • Maintain employee records and handle leave management.

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in administrative or office management roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Salary

  • N50,000 – N80,000/month.
