Job Title: Admin/Operations Manager
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Work Type: On-Site (No remote work)
Role Overview
- We are looking for a structured, detail-oriented, and self-driven professional to manage daily operations, workflow efficiency, and administrative coordination within Manukwa.
- This is not a passive role—we need someone who takes ownership, solves problems, and keeps everything in order.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Workflow Management
- Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure everything runs efficiently.
- Maintain structure, organization, and clear systems to support the team.
- Keep track of ongoing projects, timelines, and key deliverables to prevent delays.
Administrative Support & Coordination:
- Handle correspondence, scheduling, and team coordination.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials for projects.
- Manage internal documentation and office files with accuracy and order.
Project & Client Coordination:
- Assist in managing client communications, invoices, and project tracking.
- Follow up with vendors, suppliers, and artisans to ensure smooth execution.
- Keep all stakeholders accountable for their responsibilities and deadlines.
Process Improvement & Accountability:
- Implement clear SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to improve workflow.
- Identify inefficiencies and find practical solutions to optimize productivity.
- Ensure staff compliance with company policies and operational guidelines.

- Strong multitasking and project coordination skills.
- Experience in operations, admin, or project management in a creative industry is a plus.
Minimum Requirements:
- 3 years experience in Admin, Operations, or Project Management.
- Strong knowledge of Google Suite, Excel, and basic finance tracking.
- Excellent communication skills—clear, professional, and direct.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
- Must reside around Ikeja for easy office commute.
- Lagos-based and available for full-time, on-site work.
- Preferably Residing Around Ikeja
