  • As the business expands, she’s looking for an exceptional Admin/Personal Assistant to provide both administrative support and executive assistance — someone who’s part gatekeeper, part problem-solver, and part tech whiz.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Draft and manage emails, documents, and presentations
  • Keep the founder organized, on time, and focused on high-priority tasks
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items
  • Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Support in managing social media accounts or digital tools (a plus!)
  • Handle office management tasks as needed

Who We Are Looking For

  • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
  • A strong communicator — written and verbal
  • Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Calendly, Notion, Zoom, etc.)
  • A self-starter who can anticipate needs and act independently
  • Confident, mature, and able to manage competing priorities with grace
  • Bonus: Previous experience supporting executives or business owners
