Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Ibafo, Ogun

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage office operations, scheduling, and correspondence.
  • Maintain records, invoices, and compliance documentation.
  • Assist in procurement and inventory management.
  • Handle customer inquiries and support office communication.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and basic bookkeeping.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently.

Salary

  • N150,000 Monthly.
