Job Overview
- We are seeking a highly motivated and multi-skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team.
- This is a full-time role requiring flexibility, proactivity, and the ability to seamlessly adapt across various functions within our business operations.
- The ideal candidate will possess excellent business communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong ability to handle diverse tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support across hospitality, travel, media, and leisure operations.
- Manage correspondence, emails, and scheduling for key personnel.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for multiple business units.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and operations.
- Support marketing and media efforts, including content updates and campaign coordination.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and act as the first point of contact for internal and external communication.
- Proactively identify and address administrative needs to improve efficiency and workflow.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, Media, Mass communication will be an advantage but candidates who have belief in their abilities can apply.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in hospitality, tourism, or media.
- Exceptional business communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proactive, flexible, and adaptable to handle multiple responsibilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A team player with a can-do attitude and a passion for delivering excellence.
Salary
- N960,000 – N1,500,000 Annually.
