Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Osogbo, Osun
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations.
- The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive, and capable of handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks with efficiency and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars
- Maintain and organise office files, records, and documents (physical and digital)
- Prepare reports, memos, invoices, and other documents as needed
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Greet visitors and provide general support to clients and staff
- Perform data entry and maintain databases
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
- Support other departments with administrative needs as required
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary are a plus
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with office management systems and procedures
- Experience using office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners, fax machines)
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or customer service is a plus.
