Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Osogbo, Osun

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations.
  • The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive, and capable of handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks with efficiency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars
  • Maintain and organise office files, records, and documents (physical and digital)
  • Prepare reports, memos, invoices, and other documents as needed
  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Greet visitors and provide general support to clients and staff
  • Perform data entry and maintain databases
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
  • Support other departments with administrative needs as required

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary are a plus
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with office management systems and procedures
  • Experience using office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners, fax machines)
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or customer service is a plus.
