Job Description

  • We are currently seeking a talented and versatile individual to fill the role of Administrative Assistant.
  • This position entails providing administrative support while also managing our social media presence effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the office staff, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist with office organization and maintenance, including filing, data entry, and inventory management.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination, including meetings, conferences, and company outings.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers across various social media platforms.
  • Create compelling content and posts, including captions, images, and videos.
  • Monitor social media platforms for trends, and opportunities to engage with our audience.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and report to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1 year experience in an administrative support role or social media management role preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Creative flair and strong storytelling skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools.
  • Proficiency in content creation and social media management tools.

Salary

  • N50,000 – N60,000 Monthly.
