Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Abuja (Remote)

Your Role
As our Administrative Assistant, you will:
- Handle clerical and administrative tasks to keep the team organized and efficient.
- Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and edit visuals and videos as needed.
- Assist in scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
- Provide support for meetings, presentations, and research tasks.
- Occasionally visit project sites to coordinate and assist with on-ground activities.
What We’re Looking For
- A proactive and detail-oriented individual, preferably female.
- Experience in administrative support or a related field.
- Strong social media management and content creation skills (graphic design and video editing are a plus).
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Comfortable working remotely with occasional in-person visits.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, or similar platforms.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
