Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Abuja (Remote)

Your Role
As our Administrative Assistant, you will:

  • Handle clerical and administrative tasks to keep the team organized and efficient.
  • Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and edit visuals and videos as needed.
  • Assist in scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
  • Provide support for meetings, presentations, and research tasks.
  • Occasionally visit project sites to coordinate and assist with on-ground activities.

What We’re Looking For

  • A proactive and detail-oriented individual, preferably female.
  • Experience in administrative support or a related field.
  • Strong social media management and content creation skills (graphic design and video editing are a plus).
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Comfortable working remotely with occasional in-person visits.
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, or similar platforms.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
