It has partnered with numerous government agencies, National and International NGOs as well as UN Agencies in the design, planning, implementation, and supervision of programmes and activities aimed at improving the lives of rural and urban communities.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Sokoto

Reports To: Operations Manager/Office Manager

Purpose

  • Provide essential administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations and support TCDI’s program delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office correspondence, filing systems, and document retrieval.
  • Schedule meetings and prepare agendas and minutes.
  • Organize and maintain office inventory and supplies.
  • Support HR-related tasks (staff record keeping, onboarding logistics).
  • Assist with logistics for travel, events, and bookings.
  • Ensure confidentiality of organizational and beneficiary information.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in administrative support.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
