Job Summary
- Our client is in search of an Administrative Assistant to assist the company in the day to day activities.
Responsibilities
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up meetings, arranging supplies, etc.
- Booking appointments and making travel arrangements.
- Greet and assist visitors.
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, and e-mail.
- Use computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
- Greet and assist visitors.
- Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
Qualifications
- OND in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Proximity to Surulere and its environs
