Title: Administrative/Digital Marketing Specialist
Location: Rivers
Job Description
- Process and manage student application forms, ensuring accuracy and compliance with application criteria.
- Monitor, record, and report the status of each application, ensuring timely updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Actively participate and drive student recruitment, ensuring adherence to application and enrolment processes at partner universities.
- Set up, optimize, and handle daily operations of the company’s social media profiles.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote key universities and courses, ensuring engaging and accurate content production.
- Ensure seamless functionality and up-to-date content on the website, performing regular updates and optimizations.
- Manage online inquiries, ensuring timely and appropriate responses while maintaining a customer-friendly approach.
- Identify, research, and reach out to potential partners, aiming to build mutually beneficial collaborations.
- Maintain on-going relationships and manage correspondence with current partners.
- Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback via email, ensuring prompt, concise, and customer-oriented responses.
- Organize and maintain email follow-up schedules to ensure continual engagement with inquiries and leads.
- Proactively chase up and manage invoices from partners, ensuring timely receipt and accurate record-keeping.
- Travel within and outside Nigeria for partner meetings, events, or other activities that promote the company’s interests, and objectives.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant experience in similar roles may be considered in lieu of educational qualifications.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative roles, with a strong emphasis on managing processes and data accuracy.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage tasks efficiently.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and strategies for increasing engagement and visibility.
- Experience in creating engaging content across various social media channels.
- Basic knowledge of website building and maintenance (knowledge of platforms like WordPress, Wix, or similar) and ability to respond to web-based inquiries with diligence and tact.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to manage customer expectations and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Competence in using CRM software for managing customer and partner interactions and basic understanding of recruitment and application processes.
Remuneration
- Competitive + commission for each student successfully recruited and enrolled into one of our partner universities.
