Job Title: Administrative Manager

Job Description

  • The Administrative Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, streamline administrative processes, and support both the construction and real estate teams.
  • The ideal role holder will bring structure, efficiency, and a solutions-driven mindset to help streamline workflows, improve internal processes, and enhance overall organizational productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate administrative staff and daily office operations
  • Manage document control, filing systems, and contract administration
  • Support project documentation and ensure compliance with company standards
  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and service providers
  • Handle office budgets, procurement, and inventory management
  • Maintain employee records and support HR-related functions
  • Assist in organizing company meetings, site visits, and events
  • Monitor administrative workflows and implement process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an administrative or office management role, preferably in construction or real estate
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with construction project management software is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
