Job Summary
- A reputable publishing company in Ibadan is seeking a competent Admin Manager to coordinate its administrative operations.
- The ideal candidate will bring at least 4 years of relevant experience and demonstrate strong organizational and leadership skills to support smooth office functioning and departmental efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day administrative activities across departments
- Manage office supplies, facility maintenance, and vendor relations
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure timely task execution
- Maintain records, filing systems, and internal documentation
- Provide support to editorial, production, and finance teams
- Ensure company policies and processes are consistently followed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or HND related field
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in an administrative/office management role
- Strong communication, coordination, and leadership abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and office management software.
Salary
- N300,000 – N350,000 Monthly.
