Job Title: Administrative Officer

Location: Jogana, Kano

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Purpose

  • To handle administrative functions, support HR needs, and maintain an organized and efficient office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Handle general office duties including managing correspondence, maintaining files and coordinating office supplies.
  • Attend to Walk-in customers inquiries and complaints.
  • Direct incoming visitors to the appropriate officers and ensure a welcoming and professional environment.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments and organizing company events.
  • Manage employee records, payroll processing and attendance tracking.
  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff.
  • Support communication and coordination across departments to maintain efficient operations.
  • Manage records and documents, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policy.
  • Ensure that administrative policies are followed and support the welfare needs of employees.
  • Perform any other task by management or the general supervisor to support the administrative needs of the company.

Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years experience.
