Job Title: Administrative Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to manage office operations, support staff, and ensure efficient workflow.
  • The ideal candidate will oversee administrative tasks, maintain records, and assist in coordinating company activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office operations, supplies, and equipment to ensure an efficient working environment
  • Maintain accurate and organized records, company files, and correspondence
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, travel arrangements, and company events
  • Handle office procurement needs, liaise with suppliers, and manage vendors
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and prepare daily reports for management
  • Oversee office facilities, ensuring proper maintenance and security
  • Handle internal and external communications professionally, including emails, correspondence, and phone calls
  • Create and update databases and records for financial information, personnel, and other data
  • Assist colleagues and support HR, finance, and other departments with administrative tasks

Specific Areas of Expertise:

  • Payroll management: ability to manage and process employee salaries, benefits, and other compensation-related tasks
  • Administrative tasks: proficiency in handling administrative duties such as record-keeping, filing, and data entry
  • Recruitment: ability to assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and onboarding new employees
  • Expat housing management: experience in handling housing-related issues for expatriate employees, including finding and securing accommodation, managing leases, and coordinating repairs and maintenance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field (HND also considered)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multi-task, plan, and manage time effectively
  • Knowledge of payroll management, administrative procedures, recruitment processes, and expat housing management

Salary

  • N200,000 / Month.
