Job Title: Administrative Officer
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Provide quick and accurate answers to customer enquiries on whatsapp, instagram, calls and sms in a friendly and professional manner.
- Receive and process orders from customers
- Resolve customer complaints ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Prepare error free sales invoice to be sent to customers.
- Be very conversant with all service and process of the company to be better equipped to provide support to customers’ enquiries and complaints.
- Work closely with team to ensure seamless operation including weekends.
- Post service and product information on whatsapp status.
Qualification and Experiences
- B.Sc in Mass Communication or Social Science or Hospitality related degree.Minimum of 2:1.
- At least 5 years work experience in a well structured hospitality or food service company.
- Experience in an administrative, customer service or social media manager role is a must.
Skills:
- Excellent communication: listening, written and verbal
- Strong initiative and analytical mind
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Willing to learn fast
- Strong initiative and ability to work efficiently under severe pressure
- Proven problem solving skills.
Salary
- N180,000 Monthly plus very attractive perks.
