Job Title: Administrative Officer

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Provide quick and accurate answers to customer enquiries on whatsapp, instagram, calls and sms in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Receive and process orders from customers
  • Resolve customer complaints ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare error free sales invoice to be sent to customers.
  • Be very conversant with all service and process of the company to be better equipped to provide support to customers’ enquiries and complaints.
  • Work closely with team to ensure seamless operation including weekends.
  • Post service and product information on whatsapp status.

Qualification and Experiences

  • B.Sc in Mass Communication or Social Science or Hospitality related degree.Minimum of 2:1.
  • At least 5 years work experience in a well structured hospitality or food service company.
  • Experience in an administrative, customer service or social media manager role is a must.

  • Excellent communication: listening, written and verbal
  • Strong initiative and analytical mind
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Willing to learn fast
  • Strong initiative and ability to work efficiently under severe pressure
  • Proven problem solving skills.

Salary

  • N180,000 Monthly plus very attractive perks.
