Role Summary

  • The Administrative Officer shall be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
  • This role involves overseeing day-to-day office tasks, managing records, coordinating meetings and schedules, handling correspondence and supporting other staff in a variety of tasks.

Requirements

  • BSc or HND in Business Administration, management or related field
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle information
  • Must be a resident in Port Harcourt.

Salary

  • N100,000 Monthly.
