Job Title: Administrative Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

  • Daily Operations Management: Oversee the smooth running of the clinic, including appointments, patient flow, and general logistics.
  • Customer Service: Manage patient inquiries, complaints, and overall satisfaction.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Handle appointment bookings and staff schedules.
  • Data Management: Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Financial Administration: Handle billing, invoicing, and payments.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an HND qualification with relevant work experience
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with diverse personalities.
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Be a fast learner.
  • MUST live very close to Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Ikeja.

Salary

  • N80,000 Monthly.
