Title: Administrative Officer (Female)
Location: Lekki Phase I, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Description
- Answering telephone calls, responding to queries, and replying to emails.
- Preparing expense reports and managing office budgets.
- Maintaining office supplies and replenishing them as necessary.
- Organizing and maintaining company documents systematically.
- Distributing all correspondence, including letters and packages, to relevant staff members.
- Scheduling meetings and reserving conference rooms.
- Coordinating maintenance services to repair or replace damaged office equipment.
- Assisting the HR department with job postings and interviews.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Business Management is advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience in an office environment.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Working knowledge of business management.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
Salary
- Monthly salary of N80,000.
