Title: Administrative Officer (Female)

Location: Lekki Phase I, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Description

  • Answering telephone calls, responding to queries, and replying to emails.
  • Preparing expense reports and managing office budgets.
  • Maintaining office supplies and replenishing them as necessary.
  • Organizing and maintaining company documents systematically.
  • Distributing all correspondence, including letters and packages, to relevant staff members.
  • Scheduling meetings and reserving conference rooms.
  • Coordinating maintenance services to repair or replace damaged office equipment.
  • Assisting the HR department with job postings and interviews.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Business Management is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience in an office environment.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Working knowledge of business management.
  • Strong multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.

Salary

  • Monthly salary of N80,000.
