Responsibilities
- Answering and redirecting the phone calls of drivers, technicians, and other employees.
- Keeping records of files, receipts, and any other form of documentation at the base.
- Scheduling meetings and overseeing daily maintenance tasks given by the maintenance supervisor.
- Accurate documentation of financial records from maintenance jobs.
- Maintaining and ordering office supplies. Keeping stock of parts and office items.
- Keeping attendance of the maintenance team.
- Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Education and Years of Experience
- B.Sc or HND in Business Administration or any related course.
- At least 1-3 years of working experience.
- Experience in logistics is an added advantage.
Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:
- Excellent record-keeping skills.
- Critical thinking skills.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office effectively.
- Ability to work well with team members and navigate stressful situations.
- Strong communication skills.
- Displays a high level of integrity.
- Preferably a female for gender balance.
