Summary:
We are seeking an experienced candidate for immediate employment to oversee operational and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing a growing team and establishing the necessary structures for scaling in a growing business venture.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Manage daily business administration.
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
- Procure supplies and office equipment for staff.
- Coordinate and organize meetings and events.
- Safeguard sensitive and confidential information.
- Efficiently resolve customer problems with courtesy and promptness.
- Maintain and update company databases.
- Implement and manage a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
- Develop strategies for business development and customer acquisition.
- Organize meetings, handle customer onboarding, and oversee capacity building/training initiatives.
