Title: Administrative & Operations Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced candidate for immediate employment to oversee operational and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing a growing team and establishing the necessary structures for scaling in a growing business venture.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Manage daily business administration.
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
  • Procure supplies and office equipment for staff.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings and events.
  • Safeguard sensitive and confidential information.
  • Efficiently resolve customer problems with courtesy and promptness.
  • Maintain and update company databases.
  • Implement and manage a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
  • Develop strategies for business development and customer acquisition.
  • Organize meetings, handle customer onboarding, and oversee capacity building/training initiatives.
