Job Title: Administrative / Technical Officer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Profile
- As an Admin Officer at DreamWorks, you will play a multifaceted role encompassing administrative responsibilities, project management, and logistics supervision.
- This dynamic position requires an individual with a diverse skill set, excellent organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to ensure seamless operations across various functions.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Management:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative functions, including office supplies, facilities, and equipment maintenance.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and company events.
Technical Support:
- Strong technical knowledge of operating systems, network protocols, software applications, and hardware components
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective communication skills to clearly explain technical concepts to users with varying levels of technical expertise
Team Support:
- Provide support to various teams, including HR, Sales, and Marketing, as needed.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
- Collaborate with department heads to streamline interdepartmental processes.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to administrative, project, and logistics activities.
- Generate regular reports to update Admin Manager on project status, and administrative efficiency.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Implement quality control measures to enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Stay informed about relevant industry regulations and best practices.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, project management, and logistics supervision.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and logistics software.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Gender: Male.
