Job Title: Administrative / Technical Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Profile

  • As an Admin Officer at DreamWorks, you will play a multifaceted role encompassing administrative responsibilities, project management, and logistics supervision.
  • This dynamic position requires an individual with a diverse skill set, excellent organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to ensure seamless operations across various functions.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative functions, including office supplies, facilities, and equipment maintenance.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and company events.

Technical Support:

  • Strong technical knowledge of operating systems, network protocols, software applications, and hardware components
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Effective communication skills to clearly explain technical concepts to users with varying levels of technical expertise

Team Support:

  • Provide support to various teams, including HR, Sales, and Marketing, as needed.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
  • Collaborate with department heads to streamline interdepartmental processes.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to administrative, project, and logistics activities.
  • Generate regular reports to update Admin Manager on project status, and administrative efficiency.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Implement quality control measures to enhance overall operational efficiency.
  • Stay informed about relevant industry regulations and best practices.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, project management, and logistics supervision.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and logistics software.
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
  • Gender: Male.
