Job Title: Arcade Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Arcade Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of the game arcade, ensuring a safe, fun, and engaging environment for all guests.
  • This role involves supervising staff, maintaining arcade equipment, handling customer issues, and ensuring smooth and efficient operations during assigned shifts.

Responsibilities
Operations Management:

  • Oversee daily floor operations and ensure all arcade games, machines, and attractions are functional.
  • Monitor facility cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, ensuring proper handover and security protocols are followed.

Staff Supervision:

  • Lead and supervise a team of arcade attendants, cashiers, and technicians.
  • Schedule shifts and manage timekeeping to ensure adequate staffing.
  • Train and coach staff on customer service, safety procedures, and arcade policies.

Customer Service:

  • Greet and assist guests, ensuring a positive and enjoyable arcade experience.
  • Handle complaints, conflicts, or escalated guest concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Provide support and guidance to guests on game usage and attractions.

Equipment & Facility Maintenance:

  • Conduct regular inspections of arcade equipment and report malfunctions.
  • Coordinate with technicians or vendors for maintenance and repairs.
  • Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the entire facility at all times.

Cash & Inventory Control:

  • Supervise cash handling, token/card dispensing, and ticket redemption processes.
  • Reconcile daily sales and report discrepancies to management.
  • Manage inventory for prizes, tickets, game cards, and other arcade supplies.

Event Management:

  • Setting up for both internal and external events and ensuring a smooth flow of events that ensures and achieves maximum client satisfaction

Reporting & Communication:

  • Maintain logs of incidents, maintenance needs, and customer feedback.
  • Provide daily shift reports to the Arcade Manager.
  • Recommend improvements to enhance operations or guest experience.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in hospitality or management are a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing or supervisory role, preferably in entertainment, hospitality, or retail.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic technical knowledge of arcade or gaming equipment is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Other Notes:

  • Work days: Sunday to Saturday(6 days a week including Saturday& Sunday)Time: 9:30am closing 7pm
  • 1 day off every week between Monday – Thursday
  • Saturdays and Sundays are critical work days
  • Shared accommodation is available if required.

Salary

  • N100,000 – N170,000 Monthly.
