Job Title: Asset & Maintenance Manager
Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment and machinery.
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities, including troubleshooting, repairs, and emergency breakdowns.
- Ensure minimal downtime and operational disruptions by maintaining high machinery efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure all equipment meets safety and regulatory standards.
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all company assets, including machinery, tools, furniture, and technology.
- Track asset locations, conditions, and usage to ensure optimal deployment.
- Identify opportunities to improve asset efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Collaborate with departments to allocate resources effectively.
- Oversee the acquisition of new assets in collaboration with the procurement team.
- Manage the disposal or resale of obsolete or damaged assets in line with company policies.
- Ensure compliance with financial and operational regulations regarding asset management.
- Conduct regular asset audits and reconcile inventory records.
- Provide periodic reports on asset values, depreciation, and overall performance.
- Develop strategies for effective asset lifecycle management to support company growth.
Qualification
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree.
