We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Asset Relationship Manager
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase revenue and market share.
- Generate leads and bring in businesses both in loans and investment.
- Implement the company’s business development and marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Assess the creditworthiness of potential clients and recommend credit facilities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals to attract new clients.
- Contribute to the company’s growth strategies by identifying emerging market trends and opportunities.
- Oversee the loan portfolio to ensure timely repayments and minimal default rates.
- Research and identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services – or new ways of reaching the existing markets.
- Ensure to effectively monitor accounts under management.
- Ensure the use of sound credit judgment to maintain credible loans and reduce the number of non-performing loans to the barest minimum.
Qualification and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, and credit management in the financial services sector.
- Strong knowledge of credit analysis, risk assessment, and financial products.
- Proven track record of achieving business development targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary
N150,000 – N250,000 per month.
