Location: Oshodi-Isolo, Lagos

Job Description

• Assist and manage customers accounts.
• Deal withhigh volume of inbound and outbound phone calls.
• Maintain relationships with courier services and customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service to customers and couriers.
• Solve customer and courier problems and help resolve issues.
• Provide shipment quotes for customers and set up shipments as required by customers.
• Excellent multitasking skills within their workspace as well as computer software programs.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess OND, HND or BSc Degree from a recognize institution.
• 2 – 3 years working experience as a customer service representative or related field.
• Candidate must have good communication skills.

Salary

• N100,000 – N135,000 monthly.
