Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Quality Assurance Manager in developing, implementing, and maintaining quality control systems and standards.
- Oversee daily quality assurance operations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Monitor production processes to ensure product quality is maintained throughout the manufacturing cycle.
- Conduct regular audits, inspections, and assessments to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Lead, mentor, and train quality assurance staff to maintain high standards of product quality and safety.
- Collaborate with production, R&D, and other departments to address any quality concerns and ensure continuous improvement.
- Investigate product defects or issues and develop corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation and reports for internal and external audits.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards, regulations, and best practices in manufacturing.
- Familiarity with ISO, HACCP, or other relevant quality certifications is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
