Job Description
- To be in charge of employee recruitment of all business units of the group and develop the recruitment process/SOP, channels.
- Manpower planning, planning, and implementation of staff training and development as per company’s yearly manpower strategy and budget.
- Introduction and setting of staff key performance index and conduction of appraisal.
- To be responsible for management of staff attendance which includes building of attendance system, monitoring staff attendance, and management of attendance record.
- Management and updating of files regarding staff information, training/development, KPI appraisal information, and attendance.
- Coordinate and assist all business units for implementing any policies regarding staff recruitment, training development, KPI appraisal and staff attendnace.
- To complete other missions to be assigned or follow directives to be given the line manager/director.
Requirements
- Having strong knowledge of Human Resource management and with same or similar education background of coleagues or university.
- Have work experience as HR Supervisor or department head for more than 3 years in manufacturing sector or trading companies with staff strength not less than 150.
- Aged between 30 yrs and 40 yrs
- Proficent in use of MS office, particularly Excel and PPT
Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 / Month.
