Job Title: Assistant Showroom Manager

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • Our client is seeking an Assistant Showroom Manager to support the Showroom Manager in overseeing daily showroom operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
  • This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing showroom staff, including training, coaching, and performance evaluation.
  • Ensure excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Drive sales growth by meeting sales targets, identifying opportunities, and implementing sales strategies.
  • Maintain showroom displays, inventory, and visual merchandising.
  • Process sales transactions, handle customer complaints, and resolve issues.
  • Analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide insights to improve sales performance.
  • Collaborate with the Showroom Manager to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of retail management or sales experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising.
