Job Summary
- Our client is seeking an Assistant Showroom Manager to support the Showroom Manager in overseeing daily showroom operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
- This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing showroom staff, including training, coaching, and performance evaluation.
- Ensure excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues.
- Drive sales growth by meeting sales targets, identifying opportunities, and implementing sales strategies.
- Maintain showroom displays, inventory, and visual merchandising.
- Process sales transactions, handle customer complaints, and resolve issues.
- Analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide insights to improve sales performance.
- Collaborate with the Showroom Manager to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- 2+ years of retail management or sales experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising.
