Job Title: B2B Corporate Sales Executive (Service Sales)
Location: Surulere, Lagos

Job Objective
- This role will be solely responsible for securing and managing new and existing clients.
- The ideal candidate must be passionate about driving business and revenue growth through Business Development, Account Management and Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales revenue targets.
- Generate and exceed monthly sales revenue.
- Develop an active sales pipeline via effective corporate sales and lead generation yielding a 20% rise in potential clients.
- Engage with different Stakeholders (Directors, HR, and Procurement departments) to understand their needs.
- Evaluate client needs and work with internal resources to develop appropriate solutions to retain and grow accounts.
- Making Client presentations and demos for the different service offerings to Senior Management and C-Suite Executives, to boost client acquisition and retention.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis and performance metrics for product strategy and revenue growth.
- Increase lead conversion through email marketing campaigns.
- Make recommendation on product development, sales process optimization and growth strategies to management leveraging data-driven insights.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Art or Business Administration.
- 3 years’ working experience in B2B Corporate sales in the HR and Recruitment consulting or HR Tech industry.
- Strong CRM sales experience.
- Proven track record of securing new businesses, meeting and exceeding targets.
- Understanding of the Nigerian market and international recruitment agency space is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
