Title: B2B Sales and Partnerships Executive

Location: Ogba, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive B2B sales and partnerships for Tyms software
  • Prospect, identify and engage potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create and implement effective lead-generation campaigns
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the features and benefits of Tyms software
  • Negotiate and close deals, managing the end-to-end sales process
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with complementary businesses, such as accounting firms and business service providers
  • Actively contribute to the expansion and growth of Tyms by staying updated on industry trends and competitor analysis
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and results for management review.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the software or technology industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with decision-makers
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets
  • Knowledge of accounting and finance processes and software solutions is a plus
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team.
