Job Title: B2B Sales Manager

Location: Oregun, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking dynamic and experienced B2B Sales Managers to lead business development efforts and drive the sales of our power products (inverters, batteries, solar solutions, etc.) within targeted sectors.
  • One role will focus on the Industrial Equipment Sector, while the other will focus on the ICT/Tech Sector.
  • These individuals will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing high-value deals with companies in their assigned segment.
  • They must have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent client relationship management skills, and a deep understanding of power solutions or technical product sales.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a sector-specific sales strategy for promoting our power products to businesses within the assigned segment.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and enterprise accounts.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct client needs assessments and tailor energy/power backup solutions to suit business requirements.
  • Deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to key decision-makers.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies and pricing guidelines.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal technical, logistics, and after-sales teams to ensure smooth delivery and project execution.
  • Prepare regular reportsfor management.
  • Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and client visits as required.

Qualifications

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5 – 8 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2years in the power, energy, or technical products space.

Skills Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of inverters, batteries, solar solutions, or other power products.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to engage clients and close deals.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
