Job Title: B2C Sales Manager (HVAC & Industrial Tapes)

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven B2C Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts for HVAC tapes and other industrial adhesive products.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the building materials, flexible packaging, BOPP tape, construction, or industrial tapes industries and a proven track record of generating revenue in business-to-consumer (B2C) channels.
- This role is key in expanding our market presence, developing retail/distribution partnerships, and driving consumer demand across key territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2C sales strategies for HVAC and industrial tapes.
- Identify new market opportunities, retail channels, and distribution partners.
- Manage sales pipeline and conversion rates to achieve and exceed targets.
- Build strong relationships with dealers, retailers, distributors, and key B2C clients.
- Monitor and support channel partner performance; provide sales training and promotional support.
- Drive market penetration and brand visibility in the HVAC and construction sectors.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams for campaign alignment and customer feedback.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 – 5 years of proven B2C sales experience in any of the following: HVAC, Building materials, Flexible packaging, BOPP/Industrial tapes, Construction.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple retail/distribution accounts across a defined region.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
Salary
- N450,000 – N600,000 / Month.
