Title: Basic Surface Well Test Trainee

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

As a Surface Well Test Specialist, your key responsibilities include:

• Designing surface well tests and performing calculations such as pressure draw, maximum flow, velocity, heat radiation, etc.
• Selecting and mobilizing equipment for the job.
• Executing surface well testing, both independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
• Troubleshooting and solving problems encountered during the job, with or without input from a supervisor.
• Conducting meter factor calibration.
• Preparing well requests in accordance with client standards.
• Monitoring the Data Acquisition System.
• Visiting clients to deliver presentations.

Qualifications

Candidates for this position should meet the following qualifications:

• Completion of a Basic Surface Well Test Training Course.
• Possession of a BOSIET (Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training) certification is an added advantage.
