Job Title: Bidding and Tendering Engineer
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
About the Job
- We are seeking to employ Bidding and Tendering Engineer to join our dynamic team and support proposal development and strategic bidding for our projects in the oil & gas sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit high-quality technical and commercial proposals.
- Analyze tender documents to ensure full compliance with client specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cost estimates and bid strategies.
- Manage procurement activities and support contract negotiations.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in bidding, tendering, or contract management.
- Strong understanding of procurement and commercial evaluation processes.
- Excellent analytical thinking and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple bids simultaneously.
- Oil & Gas field or project experience is a must.
- Proficiency in writing Method Statements, Work Execution Plans, and Work Schedules.
- Competence in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and other project planning tools.
- Background in Engineering or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail for tender evaluation and requirements gathering.
