Job Description

• We are seeking a skilled and creative Branding & Web Designer to develop and maintain a strong visual identity across all digital and print platforms.
• This role involves creating complete brand identities, including logos, typography, color schemes, and website design, ensuring consistency and alignment with our company’s vision.
• The ideal candidate is a visionary designer who is passionate about visual storytelling, can craft compelling brand identities, can deliver exceptional web experiences and understands branding from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
Branding & Identity Design:

• Develop and refine a complete brand identity, including logos, typography, color palettes, and design elements.
• Define and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Craft a unique brand voice, tone, and messaging that aligns with company values.
• Design marketing materials such as business cards, social media assets, brochures, and advertisements.
• Ensure a seamless and professional visual identity across digital and print media.

Web Design & Development:

• Create visually appealing, user-friendly website layouts that enhance the user experience.
• Implement engaging visual elements like images, videos, animations, and custom graphics.
• Develop and manage website content, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
• Enhance site interactivity through features such as forms, search functionality, and feedback systems.
• Optimize designs for SEO, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness.
• Work with developers (if needed) to ensure smooth website functionality and performance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with a detailed portfolio to show.
• Proven experience in branding, identity design, and web design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign), Figma, or Canva.
• Experience designing for WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify (HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to create and maintain consistent visual identities across multiple platforms.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
