Job Description

  • The Business Analyst will play a key role in supporting the development and enhancement of product software.
  • You will collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and provide insights that influence product roadmaps and customer success strategies.
  • The Analyst will serve as a vital link between the technical team (developers and designers) and the business team, ensuring that business needs are effectively translated into technical requirements and that the final product aligns with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with software developers and UI/UX designers.
  • Develop and manage project documentation including user stories, use cases, process flows, and wireframes.
  • Participate in sprint planning and review meetings
  • Monitor project performance and prepare reports for stakeholders.
  • Monitor development progress and ensure alignment with agreed deliverables.
  • Conduct system and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the solution meets business expectations.
  • Identify and resolve any functional or design-related issues during the project lifecycle.
  • Present regular project updates, demos, and test results to the management team
  • Provide support during implementation and post-launch stabilization phase.
  • Collaborate with product, operations, finance, marketing and technology teams to align goals.
  • Complete other duties at the discretion of management.
  • Analyze market trends, product usage, and operational data for actionable insights.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance or related fields.
  • 0-2 years of experience in business analysis or product management.
  • Experience working on finance, public sector, or eCommerce-related projects is a plus.
  • Proficiency with documentation tools (e.g. Confluence, Notion, Word) and project tools (e.g. Trello, Jira, Asana).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
